Ingredients
- 150g active, bubbly (fed) starter
- 250g warm water
- 25g olive oil
- 500g bread flour
- 10g fine sea salt
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients, then add salt, then add flour. Mix well. Knead until smooth but still slightly tacky. Let rise for at least two hours or until doubled, perhaps as long as eight hours. Bake for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
